We look for answers and try to find our way, but in the end it does not work which only brings frustration and a sense that life is slipping away from us and that there must be more to it than this!

Getting the right person to deal with the obstacles holding you back is the first step to the life you want.

Waking up every day and thinking, ‘I cannot wait for another amazing day to begin!’ - that is the goal I have for my patients.

If we are not facing each day by genuinely being amazed at the possibilities that the day will bring then we are not getting the most out of life.

Health Assessment Call

The first step to supporting you through with the change you want.

The process is simple and effective. Initially I begin with a free call to discuss your current circumstances and understand the issues you face.

Next I use the most comprehensive blood test and reporting available to dig deeper into your health and prioritise the areas that need addressing most.

Once a treatment plan is created I then coach you through the 6 or 12 month programme. We have meetings every two weeks and make sure that the improvements are as valuable as possible.

At the end of the programme, there is another blood test to measure exactly what has improved and by how much, the proof of benefits is there in black and white.

Overwhelmed? Not any more.

It can be overwhelming to try and work out the most effective way to treat your problem. ‘What's the right action I need to take? What's the best diet for me? Which medications should I take, am I in need of supplements? What about my sleep, how do I improve that? This issue is just not going away, I cannot keep up with all the information online, it changes so fast!’

There is no way anyone who is not a healthcare professional can possibly understand how to treat themselves. Of course it is overwhelming.



Taking care of all those areas (and more) is what I have been doing for decades. As soon as we begin work, I take away all that confusion, all you need to do is focus on getting better and it works time and time again.
