Today's Modern World is affecting our health in ways we never thought possible. From poor food to toxins in the air, disturbed sleep and the negative effects of social media, the World we live in has begun to take its toll on our health which is why, as we get older, we start to experience illness and chronic disease.
Many of the illnesses we experience have a root cause from the beliefs we hold. The beliefs we hold dictate our actions and our actions determine our outcomes.

Health and happiness come about when you are confident that you are meeting your most important priorities.
Believe it or not, these are not to pay your bills or look after your family. Your most important priorities are far deeper than that.
When I ask the question properly, these are the kinds of answers I get:
‘To not be dependant on my family to look after me as I do not feel I’m worth it’
‘To be productive because that shows people I am not a failure’
‘To be the best person I can be which will hide the insecurities I have about not being good enough’
When people really start to think about what is most important to them, they are motivated to change in a way that they have not been before.
This motivation gets people to change their beliefs. Once a belief has changed, then the behaviour around that belief changes - this brings about renewed enjoyment of life which is permanent.
HEALTH ASSESSMENT CALL
The process is simple and effective. Initially I begin with a free call to discuss your current circumstances and understand the issues you face. Next I use the most comprehensive blood test and reporting available to dig deeper into your health and prioritise the areas that need addressing most. Once a treatment plan is created I then coach you through the 6 or 12 month programme. We have meetings every two weeks and make sure that the improvements are as valuable as possible. At the end of the programme, there is another blood test to measure exactly what has improved and by how much, the proof of benefits is there in black and white.

When looking into a client's current state of health, nothing gives us a clearer picture than the blood.
Using a range of markers that show us how the body is functioning, we can determine which areas need to be addressed as a priority to assist in getting clients to an optimal state of health in the quickest time possible.

Once I have created the results report for your blood test, we then spend around 60-90 minutes going over the findings so that you know exactly what needs addressing and why.
